Citrus Smoothie

Take:

  • 3/4 mango
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 pinch micro-greens
  • 1 basil spring
  • 5 Almonds

Mango and kiwifruit are both good sources of potassium. Great for supporting muscle function and the body’s nervous system. Almond contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. While Basil is an excellent source of vitamin K, containing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Place all the above ingredients in a blender, add 1 cup of orange juice and blend until creamy.

Incorporate this refreshing, colorful, and nutritional smoothie, done in a matter of a few minutes, into your diet and stay healthy.

Berries Smoothie

Take:

  • Spacefarms green and red basil leaves (5 each)
  • A mix of micro-greens
  • A mix of berries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • A bite of ginger.

Toss them in a blender with some water and blend until creamy.

Green Smoothie

Take:

  • 3-4 leaves of Spacefarms green basil
  • 2 large leaves of Spacefarms Swiss chard
  • 4-5 Spacefarms mizuna stems
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • Half an avocado

Place all the above ingredients in a blender, add 250 grams of water and blend until creamy.

Carrot Smoothie

Take:

  • 2 small carrots
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 pinch microgreens (Spacefarms)
  • 1 pinch spicy rucola (Spacefarms)
  • 2 leaves switch chard (Spacefarms)
  • Cinnamon sprinkle

Place all the above ingredients in a blender, add 250-300 grams of milk and blend until creamy.
